Third Wave Communications is a division of Grigsby Communications, Incorporated. This company was created to develop and provide telecommunications equipment and services for the Kentucky region. Grigsby Communications was founded in Lexington in 1990. We sell and service telephone systems, voice mail, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), IP Telephony (Internet Telecom), T1 & ISDN Integration, Unified Messaging, On-site Cellular & Paging, IVR (Integrated Voice Response), and certified voice and data cabling.
Our response time for major service disruptions is one hour plus drive time from our Lexington, KY office. Minor service problems will be addressed in one business day.
